Fried Egg Plant

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Plant
  • A bowl of Salt Water
  • 1 egg 
  • Bread Crumbs

Directions

     1. Peel and cut the plant in slices less than one half inch thick
     2. Immerse in salt water over an hour
     3. Drain and dip each slice in beaten egg
     4. Bread crumbs
     5. Fry brown
