Pickled Chine (Backbone)
Ingredients
One gallon water
1 quart salt
1/2 lb. sugar
1/4 lb. sodium nitrate
Chine(backbone) or beef
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a tub
Immerse your chine or beef.
