Ingredients
- One eggplant
- 4 or 5 slices of bread
- Water
- A little thyme
- Onions
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- Take one eggplant and boil till soft, peel.
- Put 4 or 5 slices of bread in water.
- When sufficiently soft, squeeze dry and season with a little thyme, onions, pepper and salt.
- Fry the onion soft.
- Mix all together, make into cakes and fry brown.
