Ingredients
- Cod
- Brown butter
- Flour
- Sugar
- 1 onion
- Tablespoonful of vinegar
Directions
- Boil a piece of cod and separate into flakes.
- Brown some butter.
- Dredge in a little flour and sugar powder.
- Fry some slices of onion a fine brown.
- Throw in the vinegar.
- Boil it.
- Pour over the fish.
- Serve with crisp parsley.
