Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw corn kernels
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • ⅔ cup milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, a think batter should form
  2. Fry in small cakes
