Ingredients
- Veal
- Spoonful of flour
- 1 tbs. of butter
- Parsley and sweet herbs to taste
- Teacup of milk
Directions
- Cut the veal into small pieces; dredge a pint cup of veal with the flour.
- Add butter, then add to stewpan (large pot) with a half a pint of water and cover.
- Let simmer for an hour, stirring occasionally.
- Add the parsley and herbs.
- Add milk before serving and serve on toasted bread.
