Ingredients
- Rice
- Pinch of salt
- Water
Directions
- Clean the rice well.
- Prepare a saucepan with enough water to cover the desired amount of rice.
- Add a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pour in the rice.
- Boil the rice for 20 minutes and keep covered.
- Drain water from the pan.
- Set the rice back on the stove without a lid.
- Allow the rice to dry and all grains to separate.
- Once the rice is soft, white, and separated from all pieces, it is ready to be served.
