Ingredients
- 1 pint cream
- 3 gills (1 1/2 cups) white wine
- 1 lemon
- 6-8 egg whites
- sugar
Directions
- Juice and peel the lemon.
- Whisk together cream, white wine, lemon juice, egg whites, and sugar to taste.
- Place in on a sieve to drain.
