Ingredients:
- A fillet of pork
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 dozen red apple
- Nutmeg
- Sugar
- Lemon
Directions:
Apple
- Have the 2 dozen of red apple pared, cored, and sliced/ quartered
- Sweeten them with sugar and flavored with lemon
Pork
- Season the fillet of pork with salt and black pepper
- Take out the bone and fill it up with stewed apple that are seasoned with nutmeg and sugar, with bits of the rind of a lemon
- Put the pork in a large pot or iron bake oven
- Fill it up with the cut apple in the remaining spaces
- Add just enough water in the pot to keep it from burning
- Stew or bake for 3 hours
- Serve with ready
