Ingredients:
Directions:
- Boil the rice in water until it is dry and soften
- Mix it in one pint of flour
- Add 2 tablespoon of butter
- Separate 3 egg yolks, and 2 egg whites
- Mix it all up and add milk
- Make sure it is not too stiff
- Bake it in a mould until risen
