Rice Bread

Ingredients:






  • 1 pint of rice
  • Salt
  • 1 pint of flour
  • Milk 
  • 3 Eggs
  • Butter

Directions:

  1. Boil the rice in water until it is dry and soften
  2. Mix it in one pint of flour
  3. Add 2 tablespoon of butter
  4. Separate 3 egg yolks, and 2 egg whites
  5. Mix it all up and add milk
  6. Make sure it is not too stiff
  7. Bake it in a mould until risen
