Ingredients
- Ripe Plantains
- Lard
- Flour
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Prepare frying pan filled with boiling lard
- Peel plantains and split them in long slips
- Dredge slightly with flour
- Place plantains in frying pan to fry well
- Take perforated skimmer to drain excess lard from plantains
- Transfer them to a dish
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on plantains and serve
