Sauce
- Mix eggs, lemon, and flour together.
- Place to the side until later.
Stew
- Put butter and sliced onion in sauce pan
- Let pan come to a simmer
- Put in fish
- Add more boiling water until fish is covered
- Cook until fish is done
- Let stew cool and then add sauce
