- Pepper
- Potatoes
Directions
- Cut fat off of the roast
- Salt and pepper the roast
- Place roast into stewpan and slightly cover with water
- Stew until tender
- Pare and quarter potatoes
- Add the potatoes into the stew
- Stew potatoes until tender
