Ingredients
- One cup of boiled rice
- One pint of flour
- One teaspoon of salt
- Two eggs
- Butter or oil
Directions
- Boil one cup of rice
- Beat two eggs together
- Mix rice, flour, beaten eggs, and salt together in a bowl.
- Prepare butter or oil in a pan under medium heat.
- Pour rice mixture into pan, fry until browned on the bottom, flip and repeat.
