Rice Cakes

Ingredients

  • One cup of boiled rice
  • One pint of flour
  • One teaspoon of salt
  • Two eggs
  • Butter or oil

Directions

  1. Boil one cup of rice
  2. Beat two eggs together
  3. Mix rice, flour, beaten eggs, and salt together in a bowl.
  4. Prepare butter or oil in a pan under medium heat.
  5. Pour rice mixture into pan, fry until browned on the bottom, flip and repeat.
