Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cubed butter, cup
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons lemon garlic
- 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
Directions
- Saute garlic with butter in a medium-sized skillet
- Slowing mix the lemon juice, salt & pepper into sauce; continue to whisk to thicken
- Set aside sauce in a medium-sized bowl to thicken
- Bake salmon fillets in a large baking pan at 375 degrees with a greased bottom to eliminate sticking
- Glaze salmon fillets with garlic lemon sauce ready to serve.
