Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cubed butter, cup
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons lemon garlic
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

Directions

  1. Saute garlic with butter in a medium-sized skillet
  2. Slowing mix the lemon juice, salt & pepper into sauce; continue to whisk to thicken
  3. Set aside sauce in a medium-sized bowl to thicken
  4. Bake salmon fillets in a large baking pan at 375 degrees with a greased bottom to eliminate sticking
  5. Glaze salmon fillets with garlic lemon sauce ready to serve.
