Ingredients
- Mutton
- Garlic/ Onion
- Tarragon Vinegar
- Black Pepper
Directions
- Hang mutton for several days
- Rub all over with onion or garlic
- Baste from time to time with tarragon vinegar and black pepper
- Mop it all over several times
- Roast and serve hot
