Ingredients
- 8 ounce of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in hot water
- 1 tablespoon of sifted flour
- 2 1/2 cups of white cornmeal
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F and butter a 9" baking pan.
- Combine all ingredients to form a dough.
- Knead the dough until soft.
- Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, or until a toothpick that has been inserted into the center comes out clean.
