Ingredients
- 5 ears of corn
- Spoonful of sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Large spoonful of cream
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Boil corn.
- Grate corn into bowl.
- Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
- Add sugar, salt, cream, and egg yolks to bowl.
- Beat egg whites and add to bowl.
- Mix well and pour into buttered dish.
- Place in oven for 30 minutes.
