Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup of Rice
- 2 cups of Water
- 2 cups of Whole Milk
- 1 1/2 cups of Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- Ground Cinnamon
Directions
- In a pot, add two cups of water, one cup of rice and a cinnamon stick.
- Cook the rice at low heat until it absorbs most of the water.
- Slowly add the milk and the sugar to the mixture.
- Increase the temperature and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Add vanilla for more flavor, lower the temperature and cook for two minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the fire and let it cool.
- Pour the mixture into a cup and add ground cinnamon on top.
