Chocolate Cream

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 gallon of milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate or cocoa
  • Vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Beat all the eggs, except the whites of 3 with the sugar and chocolate
  2. Add the milk then boil to a thin custard.
  3. When it begins to freeze, add the whites of the eggs.
