Ingredients
- 1 pound of thick cut bacon
- 2 pounds duck breast
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- Whole jalapeños
Directions
- Cut duck breast into strips, soak in saltwater to pull remaining blood from meat.
- Core jalapeños and cut in half long ways.
- Fill jalapeños with cream cheese and place breast strip onto cream cheese
- Wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Grill until bacon is cooked to your likeness.
