Ingredients
- Lucchetti
- Salt
- Flour
- Frying oil
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Cut in strips, rather flat, like potatoes, for frying crisply a la francaise
- Leave for two or three hours, on a paper towel, after sprinkling salt on them to expel the moisture.
- Dip them into flour
- Fry quickly until brown
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on them before serving
