Ingredients
- Two dozen oysters
- Half cup of Mayonnaise
- Crisp lettuce leaves
Directions
- Boil two dozen oysters in their own liquor for five minutes.
- Drain and wash oysters in cold water.
- Dry oysters and stand away until very cold.
- Mix oysters with half a cup of Mayonnaise.
- Serve oyster salad on crisp lettuce leaves.
