Ingredients
- Flour
- Parsley
- Butter
Directions
- Soak fowl in cold water for thirty minutes.
- Mix flour with seasoning of choice.
- Coat the fowl in flour.
- Simmer for 3/4 of an hour.
- Serve with parsley and butter.
Note
- Could replace parsley and butter with oysters or celery sauce
