Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1 pint of boiling milk
Directions
- Beat thoroughly the yolks of 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of sugar.
- Combine 1 heaping tablespoon of flour and 1 even tablespoon of corn starch.
- Add/stir flour and corn starch mixture into 1 pint of boiling milk.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Cool and flavor to taste.
