Ingredients
- One whole partridge (plucked)
- Seasoning blend of your choice (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
- olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pat your partridge dry with paper towel and then align it on a roasting pan.
- Lightly coat the bird with olive oil.
- Apply your preferred amount of salt, pepper, and any seasoning blend of your choice the bird.
- Roast the partridge for 25 minutes the oven.
- Remove the bird from the over, lightly cover with tin foil.
- Set aside to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
