Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Any kind of cold meat
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley
Ingredients to thicken the soup
- 1 or 2 small pieces of potatoes
- Sorrel
- A small lettuce
- 2 small green onions
- Chervil
Direction
Asparagus soup
- Boil the asparagus
- Add some cold meat
- Add salt, pepper and parsley according to taste
- Add the ingredients and cook it for a while
- Ready to serve (hot or cold)
Making asparagus soup thick
- Cut a potato into small pieces
- Pass the potatoes through a sieve
- Add hanful of sorrel
- Add two small green onions
- Add chervil
