Ingredients
- Six boiled potatoes (or cold mashed potatoes)
- Three tablespoons of grated ham
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of salt
- Two tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Three egg yolks
- Bread crumbs
Directions
- Boil the potatoes in water until tender.
- Mash the potatoes and form into balls.
- Dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot lard until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley.
