Veiled Cutlets
Ingredients
Fillet cutlets — those without bones
Pork sausage
Truffles
Directions
Take the fillet cutlets and trim and flatten them.
Cover them with a thin layer of sausage meat.
Chop a few truffles and place them on the sausage.
Broil it.
