Ingredients
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tsp heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, crush and mashed
- 1-2 tsp grated horseradish
Directions
- Grate horseradish and set aside.
- Crush and mash garlic, set aside.
- Stir together mustard, vinegar, salt, and heavy cream.
- Add horseradish a bit at a time, only using enough to thicken the sauce.
- Add garlic to sauce and stir until homogenous, now your sauce is complete.
