Ingredients
- 1 pound of sugar
- 2 pounds of flour
- 1 pound of butter
- 5 egg yolks
- 8 tablespoons of cream
- 4 oz of brandy
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (170°C).
- Mix butter, cream, and sugar together in a large bowl.
- Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
- Mix in flour.
- Stir in the brandy.
- Cook in the oven for 50 minutes and until cooked through.
