Corn Casserole

 

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz can of creamed corn
  • 1 16 oz can of whole kernel corn
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3/4 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 box of jiffy corn mix
  • 8 oz of sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175°C).
  2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl. 
  3. Mix in all of the ingredients.
  4. Put it in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  5. Cook for 30 minutes. 
  6. Sprinkle a layer of cheese on the top.
  7. Cook for another 10 minutes.
