Plum Pudding

Ingredients

  • One quart of flour
  • 1 pint of milk
  • 1 pound of suet 
  • 1 pound of brown sugar 
  • 8 eggs 
  • 1 lb. of stoned raisins
  • 1/2 pound of currants
  • 1/2 pound of citron
  • Sugar
  • Butter 
  • Nutmeg 
  • Wine  

Directions

  1. Chop suet finely.
  2. Mix sugar and butter.
  3. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Boil at 6 hours.
