Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 cans of corn
- 2 cans of black beans
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 2 cans of diced tomatos
- 1 package of taco seasoning
- 1 container of pico de Gallo
- 1 cup of water
Directions
- Brown the 2 lbs of ground beef and season with the taco seasoning.
- Add in all the other ingredients to a large pot adding the 1 cup of water last.
- Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly mixed together.
- Cook on stovetop on high for 3 hours stirring every 15 minutes.
- When done cooking let cool 30 minutes and serve with shredded cheese on top. (Optional)
