Ingredients
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of best butter
- 1 cup of sifted flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 muffin tin
- 1 and 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- flour
- little cold milk
Directions
- Boil water
- Add butter and then beat sifted flour
- Stir until smooth and set aside to cool
- Stir one egg at a time
- Drop batter into muffin tin
- Bake for 1 hour until golden
- Bring milk to a boil
- Beat egg yolks very light, with powdered sugar
- Pour boiling milk onto eggs
- Stir constantly adding 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and flour
- Add cold milk
- Place back on burner and stir till thickened
- Place cream in puff
