Ingredients
- 1 large smooth orange of a deep color
- 1 lime
- 1/4 lb of powdered sugar
- 1/4 lb of fresh butter
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 glass of mixed wine and brandy
- 1 tea spoon of rosewater
- 5 ounces of flour
Directions
- Make a paste by mixing 5 ounces of flour with 1/4 lb of fresh butter and lay the paste in a buttered dish.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients except the powdered sugar and pour over the paste.
- Bake 30 minuets in a moderate oven.
- When done cooking sprinkle powered sugar over the top and ready to serve.
