Ingredients
- Beef
- Potatoes
- Salt Pork
Directions
- Remove all bones and gristle from cold boiled beef and chop fine.
- Chop cold boiled potatoes into middling fine slices.
- Fry 3 slices of salt pork in a spider.
- Take pork up once it has turned brown.
- Mix in the minced meat and potatoes.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Take it up in covered dish with slices of pork placed on top of the dish.
