Corn Bread

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cornmeal
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 1/2 pints of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of molasses
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoons of yeast powder
  • A pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into a baking pan.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let cool, cut to serve and enjoy!
