Minced Meat

Ingredients

  • Beef
  • Potatoes
  • Salt Pork

Directions

  1. Remove all bones and gristle from cold boiled beef and chop fine. 
  2. Chop cold boiled potatoes into middling fine slices.
  3. Fry 3 slices of salt pork in a spider. 
  4. Take pork up once it has turned brown.
  5. Mix in the minced meat and potatoes.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes.
  7. Take it up in covered dish with slices of pork placed on top of the dish.
