Ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- Flour
- Salt
- Red Pepper
- Black Pepper
- Parsley
- Small Onion
- Egg
- Grated Bread
- Lard
Directions
- Boil chicken until tender.
- Let meat cool and chop into fine pieces.
- Put liquor in pan with 1/4 cup butter.
- Mix in a little flour, salt, red and black pepper, parsley, and a small onion.
- Add and mix in the fine minced chicken.
- Shape the mixture while still cold.
- Dip the mixture in egg and then into grated bread.
- Fry in lard.
