Ingredients
- Two bottles of Bordeaux
- Salt
- Chilli
- Parsley
- Shallot
- Brown Sauce
- Tomato Sauce
- 1-4 pounds of Beef Marrow
Directions
- Pour 1-2 bottles of Bordeaux Wine into a saucepan.
- Add salt, chilli, parsely, and a chopped shallot.
- Reduce the liquid to half.
- Add a little brown sauce and tomato sauce.
- Pass everything through a cheesecloth or colander.
- Dice 1-4 pound of beef marrow and serve hot.
