Ingredients
- 1 large hen or rooster
- 12- 18 boiled eggs
- 8 to 10 celery
- 1 tablespoons of mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper
Directions
- Boil hen until tender
- Save jelly oil from water which hen was boiled in
- Boil the eggs
- Chop up the celery
- Chop up eggs and chicken
- Mix all ingredients together
