Buckwheat Cakes

 

Ingredients

  • Two cups buckwheat
  • One cup wheat flour
  • Four teaspoons baking powder
  • One tablespoon sugar
  • One cup of milk or water

Directions

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Cook on griddle immediately.
