Rice Waffles

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups White Rice 
  • 4 Cups Water 
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Eggs well beaten
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Bring water to a simmer in a pot and add rice. 
  2. Boil water and rice for around 15 minutes. 
  3. Drain rice and add butter, eggs, milk, flour, and yeast. 
  4. Let mixture sit for 2 hours 
  5. Cook in a waffle iron until crispy brown
