Ingredients
- 2 Cups White Rice
- 4 Cups Water
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs well beaten
- 2 Cups Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Yeast
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Bring water to a simmer in a pot and add rice.
- Boil water and rice for around 15 minutes.
- Drain rice and add butter, eggs, milk, flour, and yeast.
- Let mixture sit for 2 hours
- Cook in a waffle iron until crispy brown
