Ingredients
4 lbs Chuck Roast- 1 pack Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1 Cup Beef Broth
- 1 pack Au Jus Seasoning
- 1 stick Butter
- 8 pieces Pepperoncini
- 1/2 Cup Pepperoncini Juice
- Vegetable Oil
- Rice
Directions
- Slice Chuck Roast into four pieces lengthwise.
- Turn on Crock Pot.
- Add beef broth to Crock Pot. Add chuck roast, ranch dressing mix, Au Jus seasoning, butter, pepperoncini's, and pepperoncini juice.
- Set Crock Pot to high and cook for 6-8 hours.
- Once meat is done cooking, shred and serve over rice.
