Ingredients
- Two egg whites
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup of blanched and cut almonds
Directions
- Preheat oven to lowest temperature.
- Beat two egg whites with powdered sugar and almonds.
- Form mixture into a ring on parchment paper.
- Put parchment paper (with mixture) on baking sheet.
- Put baking sheet in oven until mixture is hard and brown.
