Ingredients
- 2 eels
- Flour
- 1 stick butter
Directions
- Prepare the eels by skinning and cleaning
- Carefully extract the fat from the inside of the eels
- Cut the eels into lengths of 1 1/2 inches
- Coat the eels in flour
- Melt the stick of butter into the bottom of a pan on high heat
- fry the eels being sure to flip until golden brown (Should total about 7 minutes)
- Serve.
