Ingredients
- 5 pounds Easy melt white cheese
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons Granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons Cumin
- ½ cup Salsa
Directions
- In a double boiler place the diced cheese, chicken stock, garlic, cumin, and salsa over the heat.
- Heat until all ingredients are incorporated, and the cheese is fully melted.
- You can add more chicken stock if you want a thinner dip.
