Ingredients
- 1 pound of veal
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup of lard
Directions
Sauce
- Combine milk, flour, and butter
- Cook until thickened
Egg Wash Mixture
- Combine eggs and a small amount of milk
Croquettes
- Mince veal (egg)
- Stir sauce into veal
- Roll veal into balls
- Dip balls into egg and milk mixture
- Roll bolls into browned bread crumbs
- Fry in hot lard.
