Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Water
- 1 quart of flour
Directions
- Boil mealy potatoes soft.
- Rub the potatoes together through a sieve while hot.
- Put them in a stew pan over the fire with as much water as needed to make a mush.
- Sift 1 quart of flour in.
- Make into paste.
- Kneed it till very light.
